HAWA KAMARA RESPONSE TO FAKE SEX VIDEO GOING AROUND ON SOCIAL MEDIA

Hawa Kamara, who represented Sierra Leone at the recently organised Miss Universe in Philippines has responded to a fake sex video going round on social media especially on whats-app to dent her hard-won reputation.

She said she has a “thick-skin” and therefore no man will pull her down. She called on her supporters to remain calm and continue to repose trust and confidence in her. She also stated on the video about the negativity among the Sierra Leone community and that people don’t like to see others doing well and by so doing they will find something bad to say or do.

The said sex video was fake which is copied from a South Africa porn website after several distributed of videos and pictures on Whatsapp to compare whether it was Hawa that was in the sex video.

INTERVIEW WITH JAY D PLUMBER (JUSTIN KAMARA): AN ARTIST AND PART OF TEAM TAKE OVER

INTERVIEW WITH JAY D PLUMBER (JUSTIN KAMARA): AN ARTIST AND PART OF TEAM TAKE OVER

1) Name/Stage Name: JUSTIN KAMARA…TBJ(THAT BOY JAY) aka JAY D PLUMBER aka JIZZLE aka KILL EM FLOW

2) How would you describe yourself? I am a very humble and fun-loving individual. My lyrics tell my story. You can see my various personalities expressed in my music. I’m outgoing, love company and loyalty and I hate hypocrisy and disloyalty.

3) How long have you been doing music/entertainment? Been doing music professionally now for ten months

[soundcloud url=”https://api.soundcloud.com/tracks/314578689″ params=”auto_play=false&hide_related=false&show_comments=true&show_user=true&show_reposts=false&visual=true” width=”100%” height=”450″ iframe=”true” /]

4) Why music/entertainment? Music has always been a gift I’ve had just that the right time or opportunity never presented itself for me to really invest my energy into honing it until recently.

5) What songs/Projects have you worked on and which one was your favourite and why? I’ve done a number of songs that have been released within these last ten months and even more so that are stored in the vault. My favorite song so far from the ones released has to be the REP.TTO FREESTYLE which also came out with a video. In it I outline the very basics about me and my significant other half which introduces the listeners to TBJ. This track will also be included in May debut album for TTO to be released this year.

6) What other Artist / Entertainer have been inspirational to you in your work? I’ve had a number of inspirational artists I’ve met along the way. First of them being MENACE DA GENERAL. He’s been like a brother/mentor to myself and my team. Can’t thank him enough for his sustained love & support. I’ve also come across some underground artists whose desire to succeed inspires me everyday. Some of them I even give a hard time to keep them motivated all the while they are the ones I usually draw most of my inspiration from. I’m the kind of guy that’s impressed by the struggle and not as much by the end result.

7) Where do you see your self in the next 2-3 years in the Music/Entertainment Industry? In the next 2-3 years, I see myself doing shows in places all over the world and having established SIERRA LEONE as a hotspot for MUSICAL TALENT

8) Your Challenges: My challenges as far as music is concerned TBH is financial. We come from a country that’s handicapped in many areas and investment in matters like music are not considered a priority so the bulk of the burden of marketing oneself falls on the artist’s shoulder. Another challenge is the negative opinion of many of our countrymen have of SIERRA LEONE musicians. It’s very disturbing to see the amount of talent being wasted and dreams being killed due to negativity and lack of support for these amazing talents. We notice a lot of times that the listeners have shown a preference for DOODOO RAP over REAL RAP. But TTO plans to change all that by consistently showing people the difference between a BENTLEY and a CADILAC of u understand what I’m saying. Another challenge is figuring out if the push for SIERRA LEONE is really necessary or worth it because we’ve been advised too many times to ignore SALONE and push for the world due to obvious reasons.

9) Your proudest moment to date: Proudest moment to date is marrying my WIFE/TEAMMATE/SOULMATE.. (Ejatu Deen)

10) Who inspires you? I’m inspired by the BEAT..lol

11) If you were not doing music/or not in the entertainment industry what did you want to do as a second option? If not music then I’d probably be laid back with a regular 9-5 paying bills and enjoying a simple life. I’m that easy bro.

12) Do you have any future dates planned such as events that you might want the readers to know about? no specific dates as of yet but the FANS definitely need to be on the lookout for the TTO (TEAMTAKEOVER)debut album dropping sometime this year.

13) Your advice and tips for individuals that want to follow your footstep/career path? MY ADVICE is BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, IGNORE DOUBTERS & NEGATIVITY, SURROUND YOURSELF WITH BELIEVERS, DON’T HESITATE TO LET GO FAKE ONES, STAY TRUE TO YOUR SQUAD.

14) How can they contact you through social media? I can be reached at all the handles:
FBK…JAY KAMARA or THAT BOY JAY
INST…JIZZLETTO
TWIT…JIZZLETTO
YTUBE..OFFICIAL TEAMTAKEOVER
SCLOUD…OFFICIALTTOSL

It’s a new venture and it’s something I had passion for as I was always helping to plan events for friends and family members. So I decided to to enroll on an online course and did a Diploma on Event Management and Wedding Planning so I can have an educational background on how to run the business and what it entails.

7) What are the challenges that you face as a business owner? I am yet to face any serious challenges, financial would have been a challenge if not for Bank of Daddy(lol). But the main challenge is educating clients in Sierra Leone because they don’t really know what event management is; they are more confused on the prices. They want all the finer things on a small budget.

8) Why did you decide to go into business? The main reason I decided to go into this Business was after I had planned and decorated my son’s first birthday party in 2014, and helping my sister in law with her wedding, she praised me and said maybe I should consider doing it as a Business. And so I decided that I want to open the Business in Sierra Leone.

9) Do you sell any products in the business – What product/services do you offer? It’s has only been the planning and decorating events at the moment but I am currently planning by September (2017) to start selling or hiring wedding dresses, suits, bridal party outfits and groomsmen, shoes etc.

11) What is special about you or your business that is unique to customers? I think the special thing about my business or myself is that fact that I have the training and educational background for run the business effectively. I’m young and interactive with customers at social media level.

12) Where do you see yourself or your business in 5 years’ time? In 5 years’ time, I would love my Business to develop internationally as well as improving on my online presences and have my own business website. I would love for Event Management and Wedding decorations in SL to be on the same level as the Ghanaian and Nigerians, not just from MamaLu’s Event and Decoration but to do business and partnerships with other business owners that are ready to put Sierra Leone on the world Map.

13) Your advice and tips for individuals that want to follow your footstep/career path? My advice would be, if u want it and believe in yourself then go for it. Don’t let anything and anyone pull you down. Don’t look at how long it it might take you to reach your goal but the satisfaction/feeling you will get once you get there should be the motivation.

14) How can they contact you or get through to you on social media? I can be contacted on Facebook (MamaLu Vandi, MamaLu’s EventManagement Decorations) Instagram (Mummy_DD, MamaLu Vandi) and What’sApp: +23278204601

AS SAM SUMANA JETS IN, APC BECOMES TOTALLY DISORIENTED

By: G.Bangs

In the last 24 hours, APC operatives have become totally disoriented as news jets in for the arrival of the elected vice president, Samuel Sam Sumana. It could be recalled that, President Koroma, in a distorted move and misguided directions from his APC Secretariat, sacked the elected vice President of the republic of Sierra Leone. His action was heavily criticised by democratic nations around the globe. He added salt to the injury by squeezing former voucher gate convict, Victor Foh in the throat of Sierra Leoneans as vice president. It’s a drama which no one expected.

Few days later, Sam Sumana slammed a lawsuit against the government of Sierra Leone for unconstitutional blunder. Knowing the matter was not in his favour, president Koroma quickly replaced Chief Justice Umu Tejan Jalloh with a constitution killer judge. The Kangaroo court hearing ruled in favour of President Koroma.

The disatified elected vice President took further actions to ECOWAS court. Now, Sam wants APC Koroma government to pay $250 Million dollars in distress, abuse, and rights deprivation. The already battered Ebola president Koroma economy is broke in an austerity agenda. The case has attracted global attention and democratic nations are distancing themselves from the struggling economy. This week, Sam Sumana is expected to make a triumphant return to his motherland . A Kono resident told me that Sam homecoming would be a Jerusalem entrance. He will register for 2018 elections, and Jubilation is already seen nationwide.

However, an election expert told me that, Sam Sumana’s best chance was to partner with the Alliance Democratic party (ADP). This young political party has gained a speedy momentum in Sierra Leone. Under the leadership of Mr. Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray, the party has dismantled APC in the North and West, and with Sam Sumana ticket, the East and South will fall easily in the hands of Kamarainba- Sam Sumana.

He went futher to say that, Charles Margai should dissolved PMDC and become the father of operation for Kamarainba- Sam Sumana state house ticket “Considering the political climate, under all conditions, one should be guided by the theory of decision making where best of the best or best of the worst are the most likeable pay off in a risky environment”. Therefore, a partnership with Kamarainba will be the best decision for the elected vice President. I am confident that Kamarainba as president and Sam Sumana as vice president, the political arrogance over the last 56 years will be over.

According to authoritative source , APC is currently weighing this possibility and the news is emotionally devastating for the party. Let me say, APC is disoriented. The Sierra Leone police is under high alert as pressure mounts from APC operatives to disrupt the peaceful homecoming of the elected vice President. The I.G is warned not to unleash any terror on peaceful citizens.

HIGH COURT IN SIERRA LEONE DISMISSED CASE AGAINST FORMER STATE HOUSE CHIEF OF STAFF

A high court in #SierraLeone has dismissed a case against former State House Chief of Staff, Dr Richard Konteh after the state failed to continue with it, says the now former accused.

He was alleged to have issued a forged executive order to allow a timber dealer to export despite a long-running ban on such, and was subsequently sacked. According to a state house release at the time the alleged action was tantamount to “undermining existing institutional arrangements and exposing government to potential loss of revenue”.

It stated that the president did issue a waiver for the businessman, Allie Sumah despite the ban, but for a limited stock which Konteh allegedly exceeded. He’s always denied the allegations and sounded relieved today when talking to me.
