IBN’s ‘Wiwi’ tracks shows the negative implications of taking hard drugs and weed and also discourages such. The track is off his Lyrical Maye EP which is available on all digital stores. 

IBN – Full Name Umar IBN ayya, Born and Raised in the Tin city of Jos, Nigeria. Aged 24, IBN is a Performing/Recording artist with the AREWA KNIGHTS ENTERTAINMENT, very good at Hip-Hop and Afro-Pop types of music’s. He began writing music since 2004 where they recorded their first track with his friends. But later abandon music to finish his Education. In 2014 IBN came back to form a group called Knights with 3 of his neighbours’. They recorded several tracks before parting ways. Being the initiator of the group IBN still carries on and established a stronger platform which is now called Arewa Knights Entertainment.

Under the new platform IBN has now became a force to reckon with in the North, releasing back to back hits and Videos, Like Chasu Freestyle wich charted on Arewa24 Top 10, and Ina Mazan Suke wich is one of the most streamed Music video in the North on YouTube within 2015. IBN has shared same stage with big names like Ice Prince, Timaya, Sarkodie, & Victoria Kimani while in Jos. IBN was nominated as best indigenous rap act at the 2015 Top Naija Music Awards and went ahead to be among the finale best 3. Albeit, IBN is the First ever indigenous Hausa Rap Artist to have a complete Project (Lyrical Maye EP) on iTunes and other major Stores across the globe.
