These twists are called Senegalese Rope Twist also known as Senegal Twist or Rope Twists! These twists are achieved with kanekalon braiding hair but feel free to use whatever braiding extensions you would prefer to use, just as long as you follow the same twisting techniques to achieve similar results with your rope twists.
