Individual Submissions
Individual submissions are bloggers, content writers and online writers. Submissions can also be made by anyone however not all submission will be published as only quality work are accepted not quantity in order to keep the readers engage. Content and submission should relate to the website categories so check properly before making submission. When making your submission don’t forget to provide full details of the content/post such as images, (for featured image the size should be 700 by 500 and the rest of the image/images can be any size as long as its clear). If you need help or not sure of anything let me know.
Interviews
Interviews can be made through videos or just by answering the questions below relating to your career/job. If you want to do a video interview, you are welcome to do so, all is required the interview is edited and have no branding on it however you will be given credit to the work.

Food/Cooking
If you are a business owner you are welcome to send step by step videos/photos of how you prepare your food from the beginning to the end. Note, please do not include any branding on your content however credit will be given to you and all your contents will be posted on I Rep Salone social media accounts. If you are an individual, you are also welcome to send your cooking photos and videos from beginning to end. When sending videos/photos of your cooking, explain the process, methods and ingredients used for the cooking/food. The contents should relate to the way we prepare our Sierra Leonean food like petetehleaf, cassava leaf, krain krain and the rest.
General
You can submit general posts if not stated above. Provide as much information as you can with images and relate your submission to website categories. Credit will be given to the author if necessary. Finally music videos are free to submit.
Photographers, Promoters, Events Organisers
Your are welcome to send any of your work that you cover including images and videos. Note, no branding on the work however credit will be given. Send your work, provide information about the post with images from 15 to 100 and contact details if necessary.
